Staff looking for Head Coach positions should hold a Bachelors Degree, have a minimum of a National D license, or NSCAA National Diploma along with a minimum 2 years coaching experience. Relevant Teaching/Educational experience is preferred but not essential as is Collegiate level playing experience.

Assistant Coach - Description
In addition to the need for Head Coaches (as discussed above) Sporting CT are also looking for coaches interested in taking up Assistant Positions within all levels of our program.
Perfect for people who are enthusiastic about a future in coaching and hold both a love of the game and an ambition to share their expertise and experience with the next generation, our Assistant Coach program would be a great fit for you.
Placed in an environment that nurtures your knowledge and coaching confidence, you will be provided with the opportunity to evolve from a position of observation to one of session delivery. Along the way you will be provided with continued feedback from our program directors and a plan for your own professional development that helps guide your evolution to Head Coach.
Soccer specific playing experience is required. Some experience of coaching/teaching (school, camps, licenses etc) is preferred but not essential. University Degree (or working towards) required.
